My wife saw the commercial one time and commented 'I like the outfit except for the socks.' I wonder if the director made her wear socks because her toes weren't painted. Anyways, any info out there on her name would help.

So I'm still trying to find the actual Redfin ad that I saw before, but here's a screenshot from another version of it, and... CAN YOU SPOT WHAT'S HORRIBLY WRONG HERE?
Yeah, they've got a computer with dual 5.25' drives and a ton of 3.5' disks all over the place.
On the other hand, this looks like a SPARCstation IPC, which uses 3.5' drives. So they maybe use those disks with that PC that they have fully packed away, but the disks aren't? weirder things have happened. Weirder things are happening to me, right now.
This over here might be a tape drive. Possibly an audio cassette player, though, given that big dial-looking-thing.
This thing here is an external SyQuest 44/88mb. It's also upside down.
This is some kind of external 3.5' disk drive. It's got a disk in it, too. It's definitely not hooked up to the main PC, though. No cables. Oddly it kinda looks like a CMD FD-2000 which is a sorta rare C64 add-on.
Dunno what these things are. The bottom thing I'm guessing is maybe a modem? Possibly an ISDN modem.
As for the computer itself, the obvious answer is an IBM AT. That's wrong, though.
Here's an IBM AT. Looks basically the same, right? WRONG!
and here is why. Those are buttons/lights. 3D ones, green and red. The IBM AT has a flat LED panel there.
It's an AT clone! There were several AT clones that had green/red lights there, like these from Datatech and Franklin Telecom
as for the monitor, I'm not sure what it is. I'm pretty sure it's anachronistic to the desktop, though... this looks like a later multisync model. Though maybe it just means that they have a relatively new monitor with an old computer.
Also I'd said this was Windows 3.1 earlier, but NOPE! It's not. See this?
That's a 104-key keyboard. It has Windows keys! Those were introduced with Windows 95, but they're using Windows NT 3.x.
A shot or two later, he throws the monitor out the window. It's not the same monitor.
as for this, it's an electronic typewriter of some sort. I think maybe a Brother ML100?
And it looks like @avery_redbox identified the box under the SyQuest 44/88: an Apple 40sc tape drive.
And @narunetto suggests that tape drive thing on the left is probably a Sony Hi8/Video8 VTR.
And @olofj points out that the back of the computer is clearly pushed all the way against the wall. Unless he's cut a hole in the wall to wire up the PC, that PC is not plugged in.
As for these, I'm not sure. 3.5' MO disks, maybe?
HEY @Redfin! YOUR COMMERCIAL IS NEAT. Can you show me the other version, the mobile cut, with the scene where he waves around the floppy?
So of these two things, the top one is definitely a stereo receiver. The bottom thing is questionable: It could easily be a CD changer, or a laserdisc player. They look very, very similar. Given the lack of a TV nearby, I'm guessing CD changer.
BTW, ispot.tv says the guy in the ad is @thejohnfulton, of Must Love Cats, America's Cutest, America's Next Cat Star, and Cats 101. (He's a lot about cats, if you didn't know)
